Pros
Easy to assemble and sturdy. At first seemed flimsy with the plastiv foot stand, but once filled up with water did the trick. Only slight concern for the long term is that the backboard might be a bit flimsy but seems fine so far.
This basket ball hoop is brilliant. Has been perfect for our back garden basket ball competition. The height can be adjusted in under a minute or so. Very good value for a teenager.
Customer found a minor defect and reported it to customer services. Great communication and prompt resolution. Delivered on time, easily built & 5* customer service from company.
Cons
This is not very sturdy and the wind tends to manoeuvre it.

Probably wrong to expect more for the price but even with normal play no dunking size 4 ball the plate holding the basket parallel to the ground is too weak to hold the basket so each shot that hits the rim causes the hoop to drop at the front

After each 30 minute session the hoop is at a 30 degree downwards angle and needs to be “bent” straight again

If they spent another 50p on manufacturing costs to increase the gauge of the plate it wouldn’t bend and would be a great purchase
