Light fixture is very sturdy and has a nice heavy duty cord. Large bulb puts out a strong, bright light. Mirrors behind the bulbs amplify the light to make it brighter than any other therapy lamp i've seen.

Back then, there weren't a lot of choices, but among them, this company's model was highly ranked. It still deserves a good review as it has helped others. Very pleased with the purchase.

It is sturdy and more cumbersome than i expected, but i have more energy and alertness. The base holds most of the weight, which is a good thing as that lowers its center of gravity.

Cons

This is a sturdy fixture that should work well until the bulb burns out. The nonstandard internal components are cheap plastic that disintegrate into pieces when you try to disassemble. Would not buy again.
