Pros

When it isn't being bombarded by squirrels and chipmunk, the songbirds eat from it with ease. Birds, squirrels, chipmunks - all love this bird feeder.

The plastic coated woven metal handle is very durable. Very impressed with the durability and sturdiness. It's bigger than expected, but the good outweighs the not so good here.

We use a scoop and a plastic jug with the bottom cut out and a 1 cap opening inserted in the chimney to load the feeder. Provides the birds a solid place to perch on while feeding. I use the barn until it's empty, then replace it will the house.



Cons

The birdseed flows way too fast and the majority of it ends up on the ground. The manufacturer advertises a 3-year warranty but refuses to replace the feeder. Why the birds won't partake in seed from it is a mystery to me.

    Im not keen on filling my feeder more than once a week so those arent really practical for my purposes too many hungry birds in the desert
