I read reviews about this product being top-notch, and bought it. It looks so much nicer then wooden gates we've had in the past. I really like how the company had a chart to tell you which extensions you needed.

Cons
The gate itself is very flimsy and not sturdy at all. Not as advertised. Should have done that in the first place and saved myself the hassle.

Although it came with cups to screw into the wall we use it purely like a tension rod pushing against the wall

The one problem we had was when i first put it up the latch didnt lock you could just pull it open without lifting it up or pushing back the lock

My daughter is now 15 months and has tugged on it several times to get at the cat on the other side to no avail
