Good stitching and durable. Overall durability and comfort is good. Delivered as advertised.

Fortis fortuna adiuvat. Used the vest on my murph challenge. Fits alot more comfortable to the body than other vests.

Wore this for the first time yesterday during my run. Used it with wall balls, pull-ups, air squats, push-ups lunges and running. Works perfect for my workouts from the gym to the outdoors! Used it to add effort to my workouts.

The contour chest plates are amazing. I like the way they’ve engineered the plates to curve inward. There is plenty of adjustment in the straps and the contoured plates are the bomb.

Comfortable and versatile. Fits well and stays snug. Comfortable, sturdy, and feels natural.

Cons

The only way to adjust the shoulder strap, which is sewn into the vest on other side, is by pulling up and down on the velcro strap. The entire weight of the vest rests on the half inch of velcro on the sides.

I have been using it for a few week i do primarily hiit workouts and the vest allows me to challenge myself

I researched tons of vest and bought the north gym 20lb vest because it was the best bang for my buck
