Pros
This mask is very flexible but provides a really snug fit. The mask itself fits my face snugly and the one-way valve/flaps work well. While the silicone mask body is very thin, it is very effective at conforming to the contours of the face.
The straps are adjustable and provide an excellent fit. The only minor complaint is that the top strap will gradually loosen.
Honeywell has a calculator that allows you to estimate the usable lifespan of your cartridges for your specific application and use. Best used with p100 cartridges.
Cons
For the long work periods we do it becomes excruciating for them. Some of the require filters that fit this product have harmful chemicals that cause cancer. Now i have to go out to a store and find one that fits this mask.

N95 masks protect the wearer against only 95 of the particles if properly fitted to the wearer which most often is not the case so are not as effective as the respirators
