Quality
I brought another to set up a station for my wife to work from home and i couldn't be more satisfied with the product.
The quality of this monitor arm is phenomenal for the price.
The quality and set up is great but the aesthetics of the mount are not as pleasant as what is pictured.
Wrong it is the opposite in order to allow for this function to work you must release the tension on the spring with the - symbol.

It arrived on time, with no shipping damage, and in perfect condition (good job, amazon) and i immediately opened and then installed it.

Don't know if it's the vesa mount of the my monitor (asus rog pg279q) or the arm, but the screws only went in with about 1 thread deep.

Easy to set up and reposition, if i could add one thing it would be positive stops at 90 degree increments
