These certainly fit the bill in the 'durability' department. They clean up nicely. Also, they have a nice heft to them.

I bake quite a bit and was sick of my old plastic measuring cups whose measurements had rubbed away. They make my baking much easier. The 1 cup size can be used as a small pan right on the stove to heat a small amount of special sauces.
