It is exactly what i wanted. They are happy with it in spite of their technology driven backgrounds. It helps especially if one has arthritic hands. Easy to use and clean.

My only complaint is one or two spots of imperfection where air bubbles in the glass are visible. It's solid glass and you just need to wash it with a little soap and rinse it off. Nice durable glass.

Manufacturing quality seems very good but the design flaw makes it essentially unusual. Both disappointing customer service and a disappointing product. A complete waste of money and another example of a cheap knockoff.
