This garlic roaster does as advertised. I love how easy it is to roast garlic! Super simple abs roasts garlic to perfect. Yummy roasted garlic comes from this roaster.
Big garlic bulbs require more tuning to the timings but those tend to last the longest. It holds 2 medium garlic heads or 1 vidalia onion. We love ours, it holds about 4-5 full garlic buds.

Cons
After taking my garlic baker out of the package it was clear to see that someone had painted with, as best i can tell, a fingernail paint brush and repaired the bottom. The lid was cracked after baking.

Perhaps i just dont bake garlic as often as i thought i would and i prefer my ceramic pot to bake vidalia onions
