The only thing that i'd complain about is that it seems to discolor a bit even after the first use, so even though it's clean, there are some stains on it. Try smearing a little coconut oil straight up the corners before filling the pan.

This pan is a must-have if you bake a lot of bread. Perfect to bake my quick breads in. Also fits my cuisinart convection oven.

Longer and narrower than the standard loaf pans i've used in the past, i prefer them for quick breads like banana bread. The size of the loaf is shorter and longer, but that allows it to cook more evenly.

This pan is larger, therefore the proof is much airier. Also really lightweight and sturdy. Feels a little odd in your hand, but i think that's the unique folded construction.

Very flimsy, not of good quality. The metal is too thin and the bottom of the bread burned. These pans are the size of store-bought loaves. You can see how the top metal layer is folded around the main pan metal.
