The reason my original laser packed up was i left the batteries in it on a couple of occasions and they leaked and corroded the inside

It is much the same as my old one as regards to performance and accuracy infact exact same tripod

One advantage of this type of laser is that you can set it up in the middle of a room and because the laser body will rotate on its axis and the laser inside is also on this centre axis you can set levels on all four walls of a room in one go

Always lock the laser when moving it around prevents laser pendulum damage

Laser is self levelling when the pendulum lock is off but body of laser needs to be within 4 degrees of vertical to work correctly
