Pros
Easy to assemble, even for one person. Took me a bit of time to assemble and seems pretty heavy compared to my previous treadmill. The treadmill sits upright on a foam mat to protect the floors.
Echo is a heart rate monitor app for your smart watch. It talks to your nordictrack treadmill to echo your heart rate. I enjoy the features but dislike the startup process.
Cons
Took 3 weeks to arrive with no tracking details and no explanation. Kept getting no update for the delayed shipping. They say that they have contacted the seller and you will hear from them in 24 hrs.
The thought of returning and repurchasing another treadmill and assembling it, makes me sick. Secondly, it is very, very hard to install.
Both the cupholder and the heartrate monitor bar are broken. The incline needs to be calibrated. The belt is out of alignment.
The link to activate says *nothing* about activating, when you get there. It is clear they are directing you to sign up to some ridiculous monthly package. Even if i got a membership, there's no guarantee it would activate.
It's very slow, and intermittently unresponsive. The motor does a half revolution and then stops. The machine is not friendly for moving since the electrical cable cannot be easily dissembled.

We bought this treadmill when it was on discount and we like it a lot
I wasn’t sure initially if i was going to enjoy using the treadmill but honestly it’s been worth every penny
The ifit subscription price is ridiculous 20cdn a month if you just want to use it a few times a week
The 1 month ifit membership was actually a 1 year membership valued at 500
Shipping
I also bought a 4 year warranty although the document hasnt arrived yet
Packaging/appearance
The box was torn up and parts of the treadmill were sticking out
Package is quite heavy so make sure you have help to you put it together

It was reasonably easy to set up i assembled it myself with a little extra help and i am not the best at assembling things
