The hardware is not perfect, but really good. Took a couple of hours to assemble, but runs flawlessly. The handlebar is at its top limit.

The workout series are awesome and has built my stamina and strength. I like that the library includes treadmill, rower, yoga, and a mind category.

Love all the outdoor biking options vs pelotons studio rides. Highly recommend. whether it's this bike or the peloton, if your goals are similar to mine, absolutely do it.

Nordictrack support plays the blame game and doesn't fix any problems. The chat function on their website was also overloaded with a long wait time. To get support the wait is beyond reasonable. Buy an extended warranty.

The software is awful, and bad enough to the point where i am plagued with buyer's remorse. The app itself is terrible. Buggy, terrible interface. The tablet also has some issues with wi-fi.

Renders the bike worthless. No amount of tightening seems to be enough to keep it in place. Even the nordictrack logo on the main monitor is so crooked / skewed over.

do not buy this studio cycle s22i (new model). The bezels are awful; this thing looks like it was designed in 1998. Who cares if there is a 22” screen.
