Pros

These cookie sheets make the prettiest, evenly baked cookies. They work perfectly for roasting one pan dinners. They clean up great in the dishwasher, nothing crusty sticks to them.

Not too heavy, but definitely not flimsy. They’re sturdy and never warp. They're just so dang nice. This is a photo of them after hand washing.

Cons

The company hides this information on this page’s listing. Spent fifteen minutes scrapping tomato sauce and cheese off pan. One time through the dishwasher is enough to destroy this pan.
