Pros
It works great - so much easier, less messy and quicker than using a frying pan. The pan itself is easy to clean and grease doesn’t stick to it. We put foil on the bottom but it still needs to be cleaned so if you don't mind that, you will love it.
Cons
Is ok but now rack is no good!

I wish the grill were small squares or much narrower as food can fall through and the grill is not so easy to clean

The rack is also nonstick but is a bit timeconsuming to clean

I was super skeptical that this would actually be non stick as most pans are not
