Pros
Don't try to invert the cake too soon. Bakes cake evenly and comes out beautifully.
Not only is it economical, it is effective more than store bought sprays containing flour. My only minor complaint is the pan requires a little extra time to clean up. Otherwise, this pan is one of my favorites. Loving this pan.
Cons
Disappointed with results of using pan and really disappointed with nordic. Pan was constructed well, looked good but just not produce a cake worthy of nordic. Poor quality, rough edges around entire pan. The finish feels sticky & flakes off.
