They're easy to clean, though. It's truly unbeatable. They're just so dang nice. This is a photo of them after hand washing.
Cons
The fit geometrically but the pans don’t move well, like they almost stick. They aren't non-stick so you have to use foil, parchment, or spray. Spent fifteen minutes scrapping tomato sauce and cheese off pan.
Somebody needs to do something about this unacceptable experience. How silly is that?

This is quite important when dealing with recipes like traditional focaccia which requires pouring olive oil in the pan before placing the dough in it

There are many heavy duty cookie sheets out there

The nonstick and granite kind tend to cost more and are not as sturdy long lasting or reliable in terms of even baking and warping
