Gave this to my husband as a valentines gift. This is worth every penny! Absolutely perfect.

Turns out moist and tasty with little seasoning. Can't wait to try salmon.

Is it super easy to clean? It’s very easy to use and a great size for a couple people. Super easy to assemble, cook and clean.

The dome lid is big enough to let you smoke a whole chicken or a med. While it will never replace my full size *, it does it's job well for smaller tasks.

Nordic ware has a youtube video demonstrating how to use the *. This * is legit! Great indoor *. Nordic ware.
