These are sturdy, very non-stick, and browns everything very evenly. They also make great lap trays. Super lightweight and easy to clean.

Cakes & brownies come out perfect. I always hate experimenting with new pans, but the entire cake baked evenly and perfectly with no issues on the first try!

The only drawback is that it has low edges, so not a good fit for cakes, lasagna, or other dishes that require a bit more depth. I always look to see if nordic ware makes what i want before i purchase.
