Pros
Soft and soft-gel capsule makes. A calmness in my mind and body. Easy to * and lemon flavor is mild.
Lemon buffering means no horrible fishy indigestion. No fishy taste or smell. No burps. Every other fish oil i have tried makes me burp up fish flavor.
Cons
The soft gels are all melted and stuck together. I'm sure it's high quality but for me personally it had me sprinting to the bathroom 30-minutes after ingesting every single time.

Do not carry in your pocket it will take at least four washings and stain remover and some oxy clean to get that smell out

I tried going the cheaper route because yes this is expensive… it’s pricey for a reason though

The ethyl ester ones are usually cheaper but i have yet to find one that didnt give me fish burps or require flavoring to mask the bad taste
