Pros
This brand was recommended years ago by the local health store manager. He also says it can helps lubricate joints. Also contains vitamin d which can be lacking in the colder months. Seems to be high quality and recommended by a holistic doctor.
Cons
Nordic naturals fish oil is darker in color with a very fishy taste and smell. I think i got a rancid batch because it gave me nausea and a lot of fish burps. Something is wrong with this batch.

When the second bottle came the capsules were not stuck together so i added a bit of plain flour and gently shook to distribute that
