Pros

The chewable soft gels have a strawberry flavor. They're chewable, which is how my daughter takes them, but i just * them like regular pills. The only complaint is that this product is not available through amazon's subscribe & save program.

Nordic naturals is known for purity and good quality control to assure no mercury content. This is the only brand and flavor of fish oil supplement we can get our daughter to take. I wonder without these vitamins if things would not be going so well.

Cons

Nordic naturals capsules are gel like vitamins that squirt when you chew them. They taste like dead fish when chewed. They're just little capsules full of vaguely flavored oil.
