Pros

Great way to get your gla through borage seed oil and you don't have to * pills. It isn't in capsule form, so i can easily * it.

The borage does wonders for your skin and in preventing menstrual cramps. I have a problem with my face being dry at the same time it is oily and this seems to be balancing my complexion better than ever.

Cons

Tastes absolutely rancid and nauseating. This deserves zero stars!

The only complaint i have about this is that its expensive but theres really no competitor that makes a similar product

I had tried black currant oil which also has gla but didnt see results
