Pros

Used this to ship a crested gecko in hot weather. Great for sore muscles and for lunch boxes. They stay frozen much longer than any ice pack i have purchased from a retailer or have been given by a doctor's office.

Only downside is you have to place them into a plastic sandwich bag.

Cons

These are advertised as gel & they are not. Bags break, is not what was advertised.
