Pros

The norco is a great starter case for a server. My psu is a bit noisy, but the fan-upgrades made this office-worthy.

Tank of a server cabinet makes huge storage arrays possible for everyone! It has a few more screws than one would like, but once you get everything settled it's wonderful. The motherboard standoff screws for eatx are self explanatory.

Head up-it now includes the 120mm fan plate as well as the extra ssd mount in the main compartment, or at least mine did. The fans all use old-school molex power connectors so there's no way to connect them to motherboard fan headers without adapters.... Read More

On the most recent chassis, the top 2 backplanes are defective. The airflow is so bad that hdd temperatures hit 55-58 degree celsius. Chassis has a bad backplane.
