Pros
The fleece lining is standard, though i wish it were a bit softer. The coat has a water resistant outer lining and a fleecy interior. Coat feels warm and fluffy.
Elastic design on the underside makes this fit well. The fit for our fog is perfect. Putting it on is a breeze, and the fit is perfect for my dog.
I ordered a size medium, my dog is a mix of pomeranian and dachshund (and maybe more) and it fits her like a glove. Bought for my 3yo chihuahua terrier. My shih tzu is 8 lbs.
The neck has a toggled drawstring so that you can customize it to best fit your pup. The harness has d-hooks to clip the leash on, and he seems to be comfortable with it on. We have every buckle tightened max and it fits her…just.
This is a dog that absolutely loves winter and has relished the freezing subzero temperatures all her life. I anticipate it will be really useful on those frigid days. It keeps him from shivering in the cold.

For the cost the quality is definitely up there with higherend dog outer wear
