I do the following file down the nail thickness from the top of the nail not just the ends to thin out the affected area and to enable this product to penetrate down to the nail bed clean out debris under the edge of the nail as far as i can stand then force the gel under the loose nail to allow the product to be sandwiched between the nail and the nail bed i only use it at night with a bandage i take one of the plastic strips from the sticky tabs cut it down to fit so that it sits on top of my nail with the nonyx applied underneath shiny side down then put the bandage on top

Before they were raised full of debris below and would crack off
