I can't believe no one has reviewed these yummy noodles yet! This is my all time favorite commercially available instant noodle product. HANDS DOWN. They are delicious, spicy, and satisfying. I first tried them 20 years ago when my college roommate, who is Korean-American, made them for us for a midnight cram session snack. She had brought a huge box of them to school with her not knowing if she would be able to find decent spicy ramen in a New England college town. This was back in the 90s, and now luckily they are a common item at grocery stores, and if you haven't tried them, I highly recommend it! They are addictive and totally worth buying by the case. I always take them on camping trips :) This is not your typical boring maruchan salt-n-artificial-flavor-fest. There's actual STUFF in them, little bits of dried veggies and lots of chili. Yes, they still contain MSG substitutes (Disodium guanylate, inosinate, and succinate), which I generally avoid, but Nongshim Noodles are the one food I make an exception for! They are SOOOOO good! I like to cut up some scallions, baby bok choi, and shiitake mushrooms and toss them in before cooking to add some extra nutrition. Leftover cooked chicken or beef is also a great addition, or a handful of bean sprouts, or some tofu... pretty much anything you think would be good in Asian noodle soup!  Read Less
