Might have to dye it but worried in case in interferes with the chalk and turns it blue or something

There are a large range of coloured chalks so you should be able to find a colour that suits you

It sometimes helps to wear gloves when applying the hair chalk however this is not vital

This is a pretty good selection of hair chalk with colours that show up well against dark hair see photo for small test of pink chalk
