Pros & Cons
Pros
Great for making tall round sour dough bread. I even cool meatballs slathered in catsup-based coatings, and gooey cookies. Mix the dough in a bowl, transfer it to the bowl with the round and let it do its rising and then bake.
Cons
The paint around the edges & the logo comes off onto your product.

My family almost begged me to quit baking because i “don’t knead” well

The dough is rather sticky and not at all firm so it does not hold its shape well it flattens out and is too thin to make sandwiches or toast unless you make it in a loaf pan which i got tired of doing

But i still needed to grease the bowl to get the bread out in one piece

I had originally purchased lazy k mats for my new induction cooktop but found that they very quickly got brittle and burned
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
I believe the problem with those are the feet on the mats that create air space between the potskillet and the cooktop so it cannot detect the temperature of the vessel very well
