He like it and the colour very much this is an affordable mat and is fit for purpose however i find the mat doesnt have enough grip and is too thick and therefore bulky when carrying it around
For example the thickness is great if you need added padding for the knees during weightbearing poses and dont need to transport the mat around a lot
