Pros

This one sticks to the countertop really well. I like the white markings on it with the measurements which will come in handy when i need to covert metric to ounces.

For kneading & under my mixer. This allows me to use my kitchen table, keeping the flour and dough confined to the mat.

Easy to clean and seems durable. Cleanup is “piece of cake”. Cleans up so easy.

It's not sticky like other silicone matts. No slipping when kneeding dough. No sliding at all. Holds to counter with out slipping.

Cons

In december we made cookies and noticed the graphics peeled off, that's the imprinted circular lines etc. While is a good size it falls flat on performance. For dough maybe but for hard candy like taffy, brittle and barks.

Soon as i opened the package i could tell this was a high quality mat
