Pros

Spirulina is a super food that does the body real good. It also has a excellent amount of chlorophyll which allows the cells to properly feed and host energy from vitamin d and sunlight. The spirulina gives him an extra boost each day.

Adding this to my smoothies is a no brainer. The scooper is a little small so your hand may get a little green over time.

Good value for the money. Will buy again in the future and recommended to my brother mig.

Zhou's spirulina has a savory taste to it. Cons are that it smells-but that's expected because it's seaweed!

Cons

If you are a first time user, less is more as it can mess up your gi tract. It can cause stomach cramps, make you feel nauseated, break you out into a cold sweat and/or give you diarrhoea.

Beware of zhou spirulina claims of purity. There are way to many spirulina products out there that are contaminated. If their product is indeed contaminated it poses a huge health risk.
