Pros
Whole wheat pastry flour is best use for biscuits and pie crusts. Flour is as good as store bought. Can be cooked as is or ground into flour or planted as seed. Perfect for making pie crust, biscuits, and gravy.
The taste of all their berries is bright, fresh, earthy, umami. Product is triple cleaned with no debris like stones.
They seem to sprout better by not soaking them too long. I've sprouted some for my cats, they loves it too.
Cons

Ground them into wholegrain pastry flour to use in scottish scones and am just blown away with the quality

The wheat berries 3 i bought were packaged perfectly and unless you cut into the bags they was no way to rupture them
