I have always been impressed with palouse purchases & continue to repurchase pulses from this company. Palouse brand has impeccable quality. These people do it the old fashioned.

Cook them as directed and then saute them as a part of a dish. Cook well in 20 min simmer after boil. After boiled,they need to rinse carefully.

Cons

Really disappointed after waiting almost a month for delivery. Total waste. The size is also much closer to the french green lintels, so quite small.

This item was shipped fast excellent packaging and quality food

Upon receiving it there were a lot of lentils which spilled out of the bag due to a defective seal see picture

These lentils are excellent but the 25 lbs packaging is not

Ive ordered 3 25lb bags for long term storage

Unfortunately competition in modern times mean to offer an inferior or substandard product so you can undercut the other guy

I found one chickpea one wheat and half a pea in my 25lbs bag
