It puts out a decent amount of airflow and makes practically zero sound unless my ear is 6 away. It maintains a great balance of performance and quietness.
Mm high performance is by far the loudest of the bunch at similar rpms. They don't make much noise, they are (pwm) 4pins and the pc is 10 degrees cooler inside the case. But after all that, theyre still tight, doesn't vibrate or jiggle around.

Cons
At this speed, they have almost no airflow, so what's the point? Maybe 900 rpm, but no major wind coming from it. At slower speeds these fans like to hum. Not a single one runs at 1700 rpm.
