Pros
Fans are quieter than any i've ever used. Quiet, yet powerful, and built to last. Despite looking pretty grubby, they look veryawsome.
Noctua fans are the rolls royce of radiator fans. Started with normal corsair fans and bought into the noctuas after hearing about it. Took my cpu temps waaay down, reasonable size. Now my eyes is after psu to suit this couple of spinners.
The noctua nf-f12 is the best fan on the market for performance while being whisper quiet. Nf12 pwm is incredibly quiet and together with my 14inch front fan is a whisper quiet solution i should have invested long time ago.

From opening the package these just look premium. The packaging is premium with loads of info about the fans. The build quality is excellent.
Cons
Evidently the rating these fans get is excellent but that and forking out more than norm doesn't guarantee performance. If all you're doing is browsing the internet, this fan is fine.

Only running it at 800rpm my ryzen 5 3600 cpu is only 70 c under 100 load

With two fans on the nhu12s my i913900 never hits thermal throttling limits

The i913900 throttles at 100c but with two fans it never gets above 90c

I can barely hear the fans when the cpu is fully utilized with large compilation jobs or prime95 stress testing

A single fan on its own had to spin faster and was more audible

If i dialled the rpm down to 1000 then i could barely hear that a fan was on and the temperature settled again in idle at 2729°c
