It's expensive but if quietness is your end goal, i would recommend trying this out. Sound level is great (for how small the fans are) comes with a short extender, ling extender and a splitter cable.

Noctua have a long history of making the best pc cooling fans. Year warranty is 5 years, and noctua provides free replacement if bearing goes bad. Used this to replace stock cooling in a 3d printer. Can also be used in a bio lab.
