It is told as much through the detailed harrowing then tender bdsm sceneslessons of healing between damian and savannah as the story is told outside in the real world inhabited by all the endearingly screwed up people from the first two books

All in all its a very satisfying experience for the reader in my opinion except for the thread of one couples story
