The audio book was read by the author, melanie shankle. I loved melanie's first two books (sparkly green earrings; the antelope in the living room) and i love this one as well. A great read by melanie.

Melanie and gulley have been there for each other. Melanie is hysterical and witty. What a great writer melanie is. Melanie.

Easy to read and awesome for the soul. Funny stories about friendship and simpler times. Plenty of funny stories about adventures with friends.

This book is a quick, fun, light-hearted, encouraging read. Had me laughing out loud and tearing up a few pages later. Beautiful testament to the bond twenty-five years of friendship looks like.

Cons

While the blogs are entertaining, i just feel the writing doesn't translate well to the longer form. The entire thing was simply her story, and quite frankly, i don't care to read someone's entire history. I now need to stop putting these blog authors... Read More
