Just crazy that the price gets jacked for availability and style yet they eliminate accessories
In short with the accessory eliminations and the high cost i cannot recommend at the 499 price asking

And second is the fact that despite the high price the limited edition chairs do not come with the headneck pillow or lumbar pillow

To be fair it does not state that they do but the instruction booklet says it should have had them

I can see them eliminating the lumbar pillow as this chair has good adjustable lumbar built in but the lack of the headneck pillow is just a huge miss
