Pros
After going through tons and tons of chairs this is by far the best chair money can buy. This even beats out the chairs we have at the office. I totally recommend to who is looking for gaming chair not only for gaming but nap in or reading.
No sag or weird bumps in the bolsters and materials. Comes with removable lumbar support and head pillow. Foam is a little but firmer than i thought but will soften up over time.
Cons
The set is very hard and angled slightly upward. The cushions are of mediocre quality. The band on the neck cushion broke at the seam after 6 months.
