The seat pan and back angle have several locking positions, with only a small amount of play in the seat pan tilt lock. The back is very comfortable; it encloses you and holds you well. You can drive for hours without shifting your weight.

This chair is heavy, but it speaks to its sturdiness and durability. The hydraulic support is very solid.

White/black leather is accented with red touches on the side. Even though it's faux leather, it looks and feels real. The leather feels good quality, it's a big upgrade from my past office chair.

Cons

I feel like i fell for a marketing blitz fueled by people who never sat in a decent office chair. They refuse to ship anything other then a -3.

Leather upholstery is puckered at the front (-1)2. Seat adjustment paddles feel sloppy.

My only caution is to mention that the seat is very firm out of the box

The colouring is mature and subtle again unlike competitors with bright flashy childrens schemes

It is an akward 50 pounds to carry
