After i ordered these a friend told me that if you communicate with keen they will replace laces at no charge

I was so excited to get them that i made a mistake on attaching clips to end of tie i attached a clip at the end of each lace so no im short clips

The missing aglets is not an issue once laced as the shoelaces are cut off to size and secured with a protective clip
