Then once you are more comfortable you just flip the board and it looks like a legit standard chess board

I have played chess but i am no expert and i am enjoying playing the card assisted version and looking forward to the day when we can start playing regular chess just by flipping the board over and dispensing with the cards

And at anytime you can flip the board and play chess without the cards or the tips on the board
