It deals specifically on how to gain trust and equity with your customers. In this un-trusting world, consumers need to be approached differently. My only complaint is that the message is diluted by (to me) excess wordiness.

It is the epitome of the high pressure sales techniques i was trying to learn how to avoid. This is a badly written book with no substance. Just like the sales letters put into book format these guys tell us we should be writing.
