Pros
Great product and means to share pictures with family both close and distant. Customer service is personal and helpful. The picture quality is solid, not spectacular.
The wood effect on the frame looks really good with our rustic styling in our house. Include a comprehensive instruction guide with qr codes the link to youtube videos.
This frame is unbelievably easy to use. Once connected, it's worked very well. Easy to set up and use, especially compared to less expensive wi-fi frames.
The whole family loves uploading images to it. It’s so nice to scan & enjoy old photos that were previously packed away in photo albums! My 91-year-old father-in-law who lives alone, loves seeing his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
I love that the frame playlists are customizable. I have mine set to 30 min slide transition, with 28 brightness and a warm color hue. Only downside is that is requires a power source.
Cons
Completely idiotic. We reset it (losing all the pictures) and still the website said it's already registered. Just a pink lined screen only 6 months old.
