Pros

The nixplay app is a great way to show off your kids and grandkid pictures. The customer service is knowledgable, attentive and friendly. The app is easy to use and pictures update quickly.

Cons

Nixplay's decision to hold hostage any buyer who used the previously included google photos connection until they pay for an annual subscription is ridiculous. If you want your previous features, which is nixplay plus, you have to now pay $50/yr.

This is deceiving. Will not buy or recommend again. This is shady. After allowable return date.

The screen goes dark frequently and the only way it will come back on is if you pull out the plug and put it back in. Spent more than 30 minutes simply trying to enter the wifi password. There is no way to use a frame already paired with another accou... Read More

Just another way to nickel and dime people out of more money. Nicolas is not worth it. Won't give nixplay another dime.

Customer support is non existent. Classic bait and switch and false advertising. This brand cannot be trusted.
