I was disappointed with the presentation box basically this has to be thrown away and my seventytwo pencils are kept in one of those flat metal christmas biscuit tins

They arrived in an attractive box bearing a picture of the monet painting water lilieswith the raffine trade mark

Each pencil bears the raffine stamp on its shaft and they are said to be non toxic

The pencil sharpener hasn’t let me down once i set it up and worked out what order the batteries went in it has worked well hasn’t jammed or failed to switch on

I tested the sharpener using a standard hb pencil plus various cheap coloured pencils

This happened on one coloured pencil i just had to put it back in for a couple of seconds and the issue was resolved
